The Challenge

CMEFY faced a significant challenge with the lack of organized digital assets. They needed a website that would effectively reflect their brand’s simple and efficient approach to teaching Chinese. The website also had to integrate features like a student registration form and an easy-to-use system for collecting school fees.

The Solution

To address CMEFY’s needs, we developed a comprehensive school web design that covered all essential aspects. We started by registering their domain and hosting the website. For the front-end design, we included graphic design, a homepage, and multiple HTML pages such as home, about, services, news & events, picture gallery, product gallery, enrollment, and contact forms. Additionally, we integrated social media plugins to enhance the website's connectivity. We also provided additional services such as an SSL Certificate for security, a mobile-friendly version for ease of access across devices, and free web maintenance for three months. Professional copywriting and search engine optimization (SEO) were applied to all pages to improve the website’s visibility and engagement. A simple and intuitive student enrollment form was designed to streamline the registration process. To ensure secure and hassle-free fee collection, we integrated payment options that accepted Naira debit cards and bank transfers.

The Result

The final website we delivered truly captured the essence of CMEFY, reflecting their mission to make learning Chinese easy and accessible. Students could easily enroll for classes, pay their fees online, and receive regular updates about classes and school developments. The website also streamlined data collection, and potential customers could easily reach out through a simple and functional contact form.
